Our Maintenance Package
So you've got your web site and now you need to maintain it to keep it current, whether that's amending prices, adding products, or carrying out simple styling changes.
Past experience has shown us that each client's maintenance needs are different, so instead of employing packages with a set amount of hours per month as other agencies do, we chose instead to leave our maintenance package flexible.
Flexibility and good value
To use our Maintenance Package you simply request the update that you wish done, providing any text or imagery that you wish used and we'll charge it at our hourly rate of £25 (charged in ½ hour chunks). That's it. Simple eh?
To save you even more money, you may also be entitled to a discount of up to 25% through our Loyalty Discount Scheme.
Now that has to be good value!
Will I know the cost up-front?
Obviously until we start work it's impossible to give an exact cost for your update, but we will always give you a good estimated price before we start work. From previous experience this estimate is invariably close to the final cost.
If the update is so extensive that it would be cheaper for you to use one of our set design packages, we'll recommend this to you instead.
My site wasn't designed by Fluvius
If we didn't originally design your web site then that's no problem at all. All we need is your ftp username and password and we'll do the rest.
