Design & Development
There are four stages that any contract we undertake will go through:
Clarification
Regardless of the service you are interested in, we will sit down with you and discuss exactly what you want, how you work, your objectives, and any factors that may influence the contract. From this discussion, initial objectives can be laid down.
Design ideas will also be considered at this stage to establish likes and dislikes, and we'll also discuss the technological issues involved.
This begins the close working relationship that will ultimately assure a mutually satisfying result.
Specification
After working through the details from the clarification stage, we arrive at a detailed specification that we then present to you in the form of a project brief.
We will gauge your reaction to this brief and refine any areas that cause you concern. This process may be repeated a number of times until your requirements are met exactly.
Construction
Next we'll take the brief and build a solution from it.
As construction takes place we’ll keep you fully informed, giving you access to the developing project so that you can monitor its growth and give us any feedback you feel necessary.
When construction is complete we will show you the final solution and another discussion will take place to make sure that your requirements have been met.
Only when you are happy with everything, will the project progress to the next stage.
Implementation
This stage is normally short and involves the hand-over of the material, or the final uploading of the website onto the World Wide Web.
As far as websites are concerned, the site will be registered with all the major Internet search engines and directories, and any training or guidance that may be needed in the future to update or maintain the site is also given at this stage.
After any web design project is complete we also give the client 60 days free support to ensure that the website continues to function correctly.
