Our Tailored Web design package, together with Dynamic content (using PHP and MySQL), some Content Management, and a Flash Multimedia introduction to the site.
Brief
Create a brand new Web site, designed to enable an existing database of RCC (Roller-Compacted Concrete) dams to be made available to the online community in a fully searchable form.
We converted the client's database to MySQL and used PHP code to perform searches, thus keeping the solution as cost-effective as possible.
A Flash introduction employing music and using photographs of the client's dam projects was also stipulated.
A separate Content Management area was also coded to allow the client to update the database and news sections themselves.
